Alankit Assignments Ltd. has been appointed as Service Provider by the Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi to establish and manage Pravasi Bharatiya Sahayata Kendra (PBSK) at Dubai& Sharjah for the benefits of the Indian Workers residing in UAE. We require Call centre/Customer Care Executive

Job responsibilities:

Managing large numbers of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Following call centre scripts when handling different topics
Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend Awareness campaign in workers accommodation.

Required Skills:
  • Must have entry/medium level knowledge and experience in customer service, and call centre software.
  • 2 or more years of experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour law preferred
  • Must have knowledge on MS Office products such as Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within an organization.
  • High School Diploma or High School equivalence diploma is a must.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Driving License (Preferred)
