Any Graduate, Engineer/MBA, should have minimum 5-8 years of experience in handling servicing of Automation product, Billing Machine, IT Hardware & Retail billing inventory solution, E-challan solution, PDS solution, Parking solution, Queue Management solution, Hospitality solution, Smart Card Printer etc.

Job Description:

 

Ø Providing Hardware installation and merchant on-boarding services to merchants having various Business categories.

Ø E2E client query management pertaining to Hardware and client/ merchant on-boarding.

Ø Coordinating with Technical Team for development of required products/ application & functionality as per work/ client requirement.

Ø Performing risk assessment of Client/ Merchant website through open sources before On boarding Client on Merchant Dashboard.

Ø Documentation & Verification of Clients to validate customers in compliant with KYC requirements.

Ø Performing due diligence of all required information and check various parameters as per RBI guidelines in the process.

Ø Coordinate and engage with internal and external auditors.

Ø Communicate effectively with business units regarding KYC documentation.

Ø Coordinate with various Banks to get the merchant on-boarded on our platform.

Ø Understand Sales Team's requirement and cater to their needs with flexibility while not compromising on the compliance at the same time.

Ø Should have good analytical and communication skills.

Ø Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point is a must.

 

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
