Job Description

  • 1. Coordinating with call centre and support team PAN India for data reconciliation and dashboards
  • 2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of documentation and metrics to improve operational efficiency
  • 3. Coordinating with different business units for taking growth initiatives
  • 4. Designing, monitoring, analysing the database
  • 5. Helps in bringing efficiency to the current businesses by using his/her analytical skills
  • 6. Ensuring employees to comply with the current database management software (Salesforce)
  • 7. Ensures entire sale process is adhered in CRM and highlights gaps if any
  • 8. Analysing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement
  • 9. Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
  • 10. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
  • 11. Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
  • 12. Act as an auditor and guide for improving current processes
  • 13. Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring issues
  • 14. Evaluate business requirements on continuous basis
  • 15. Carry out research and evaluate new technologies that can improve existing services
  • 16. Coordinating with different regional offices for different data collection and segregation
  • 17. Develop system access criteria, monitor, and control all system access; and implement security controls to secure computer system and ensure data integrity
  • Required Candidate profile

    Basic Requirements:

    1. Must be a Graduate or Above

    2. Have strong interpersonal communication skills

    3. Should have problem solving skills

    4. Strong Analytical Skills

    5. Good hold over excel functions

    6. Have minimum 4-5 years of experience in MIS

    7. Knowledge of Salesforce and C-Zentrix will be an added advantage.

    Salary: INR 2,75,000 - 4,25,000 PA.
