Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Will be head of the assigned district based at District Headquarter.

2. Must be a pleasing, energetic, sincere and responsible target oriented person.

3. Should be fluent in local language/s besides English language

4. Must possess good communication skills and have knowledge of IT.

5. Should have flair for travelling and must possess a two wheeler.

6. He should be a motivator, capable of supervision, monitoring & handling 30 to 60 Aadhaar Enrollment Centers.

7. Must know the protocols and have experience of dealing with district authorities, Enrollment staff including Operators/Supervisors/Verifiers and coordination with IT support staff.

8. Will be responsible for leading and control the operations in assigned district getting timely deployment of machines and manpower at ECs, gathering MIS on daily basis, assign and meet EC wise daily enrollment targets, micro planning and time bound implementation of district plan duly ensuring uninterrupted functionality of work at designated locations.

9. Daily reporting to The Chief Project Manager, Zonal Manager and communicating the day to day progress of work in assigned district to the senior management at head office will be an essential part of his job.

10. Must be a graduate and have minimum 2 to 3 years experience in field work.

  • Experience in working at district/regional level in any of the Government Projects or NGO

  • Preferable if more than two years in the field work or Aadhar working experience.
