Roles and Responsibilities

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, STRATEGIC INITIATIVES, BUSINESS ALLIANCES.

*Revenue generation by introducing projects, product lines and potential partners for business growth. Focus areas new E-governance, citizen facilitation & call centre/ helpline.

* Developing business opportunities in E-governance, citizen facilitation & call centre/ helpline, identity and access management, smart city related projects.

* Initiate strategic collaboration & spearhead new business alliances within India & abroad.

* Market Research, Data Mining, Business Intelligence to prepare business case and asses projects' potential, identify key partners, market places as well as industries.

* Solution development, presentation and objection handling with the stakeholders.

* Liaise with CXO's & Government officials for initiating prospective project collaboration.

* Attend project meetings, present solution and objection handling on company's behalf.

* Represent company on meetings, events and forums for networking & market intelligence.

* Manage key relationships with corporate clients, govt. agencies and business partners.

* Cross-functional Coordination with internal & external teams for solution development. GOVERNMENT SALES, LIAISING, TENDERING & BID MANAGEMENT.

* Leading bid & tender management team to enhance its effectiveness.

* Analysing the bid details, solutions, concepts including associated risks.

* Evaluate cost of operations by establishing standard costs.

* Enable informed decision making (Go-no-Go) for bidding for specific project.

* Lead and oversee preparation of major techno-commercial solution documents.

* Analyse win-loss ratio take appropriate measures for improving the winning percentage.

* Review team performance Initiate steps to improve quality & productivity
